I eat here at least once a week... and have noticed the chips getting more and more raw every time I eat at this specific Steers... This time it also took so long that I had to rush back to the office without having enough time to complain in the shop (Not really anyone around to complain to anyway ...) - During peak time today (13h00'ish) they had no chips ready for at least 15 minutes... two people working in the entire shop... and when I got my final order... the Burger was cold and mushy... and the chips... super hot and totally white and raw...
