Spoilt, bad coleslaw was sold at KFC Blouberg. The audacity that the manager refused to smell (not his job) it and no swops! He claims that there was nothing wrong with it after taking the bad salad and giving us a R10. Claimed it was made 3 hours ago with NO expiry date on. Also had to clean the upstairs tables ourselves after we realized no one is going to clean it. Spoke clearly to manager, not wanting to embarrass or make him feel uncomfortable. However the blatant disregard for customer service was clearly what he wanted to serve. Service cross country where KFC is concerned is rapidly going down the drain. The fact that they cut down on everything is enough, but they are cutting down on manners and common sense as well.
