FUSTRATED, ANGRY - BAD BAD SERVICE

30 Jan 2013 I reported the dirty which was in the lane next to my house ref no 1004643236, on 19 March I was given another ref no 1004804863. 05 April i requested to speak to Manager and I was transferred to Mr Thando who said to me that the call was closed because someone claimed that the dirt was removed. T hando referred complain to Mr Rossouw. No call I ever received. 19th April I called again spoke to Mr Thando who said he will refer my complaint to Ombudsman. That same day a lady called never introduce her asking what is the complaint and I explained to her and she put the phone down without giving me anything. 25 April I left message with Andiswa for Mr Thando to call me. I decided to clean the dirt but the drain which is full of sand I could not clean as it is very heavy to lift. The drain is still blocked and winter is coming up soon and water won't be able to run to the drain and my house can be flooded. I urgently need your assistance.
