Case number 108224 has reference. I was phoned by Mr Bilal Randeree on 07.01.14 who assured me that I would be reimbursed for the putrid service and food rendered by Wimpy Scotsville. Mr Randeree promised to reimburse me by the end of business on 08.01.14. I gave him a gentle reminder on 10.01.14 to which my sms was ignored. It is sad when owners/management makes a promise as a temporary solution in order to close the case but fail to meet their obligation. It is also sad that as a result of this incident, the credibility of Wimpy management and staff becomes questionable thus bringing the franchise into disrepute. Disappointed!
