No stock and Bad Service

07/01/2013 Had a bad experience at St Elmo's. Upon arrival we spotted a parking space in front of the Store. The car reversed then put up a pole. This space was not marked a designated parking spot. To my knowledge this was parking for St Elmo's customers.
When seated I placed my order three times as whatever meal I chose, 'sorry we don't have this ingredient or that'. No shrimps, no avocado and no tagliatelle.
With all due respect ; there is a huge chain Store straight ahead. Why not source the ingredients their, as an emergency back up? Offer customers something instead of nothing.

During my meal I noticed someone had taken away the pole in the parking space and parked. It was the Stores delivery man! He sat in the front house of the Store like someone loitering - leaning, slouching, sitting in a very bad manner. I could hear kitchen staff speaking very loud as well.

Our waiter didn't make anything pleasant either, I requested x3 for a slice of lemon for my drink I had ordered. Side orders took 10min to arrive - Service like this is not worth it!
