Die Plaashuis is a Restaurant in Centurion, cnr of Rabie and Von Willigh str. They are situated in a residential area, surrounded by houses. Plaashuis plays music so loud that it can be heard late into every night of the week within a large radius of the surrounding residential complexes. Numerous complaints have been made and an article has been written in the local paper, but Die Plaashuis continue with their loud music regardless. My family and I struggle to sleep. The question is, who enforces by-laws in Centurion?
