For some reason, my husband and I frequent the Rosebank spur - even though they almost never get our meat right. We both like our steak to be cooked to Medium and we always have to send it back because its been cooked till 'well done'. Then we'll get it back and it will be rare. And back to the kitchen it goes until it is done the way we like it. This dance happens every time we go there. Until our last visit a few weeks ago that is. Livhu, the manager had assisted us on one previous visit when my husbands meal was sent back twice. When she saw us walk in, she made herself available to us immediately. She ensured that the meat was prepared properly and to our liking the first time, and we had a lovely supper where the meal we were served the first time was the meal we finished eating. And it was delicious too! Thank you Livhu for the fantastic, PERSONALISED service. Its rare to see staff who look after the store as if it were their own.
