Went to KFC @ The Square, Potchefstroom - walked in to find a tuft/bunch of hair and food all over the floor. Asked for manager and she laughed at my complaint. I have the photo's to prove it (for local media). Contacted KFC Customer Care and they were not at all helpful. I will NEVER buy from KFC again!!!
