I must say this is the last thing i expected to find such unacceptable behaviour on the 1st day of the year. I have just made a quick stop at a debonairs outlet to get something on the go and to my suprise the cashier added something which i did not order which yes i understand i didn't realise in time until my order was ready of which I then asked the lady why am I being given an extra colddrink she then admitted to say that she thought I asked for it I then asked her to return it which she just then demands that i wait for the next customer to arrive to get my refund it's not so much as what I was asked to do it's in the way she spoke to me in front of other customers when i asked how long it would take addressing me that I must just come down even though I told her I was on my way to work this is appualling service and I won't allow anyone to humiliate me like that ever hope she will be dealt with accordingly
