On Sun 22 Dec 2013 I visited this restaurant. Herewith my email to [Email Removed] on Mon 23 Dec 2013, which has still not been dignified with a response:
I visited your establishment yesterday and was quite disappointed.
After waiting in excess of 20 mins for my order (i.e. 1 x mudpie, 1 x tin coke light and 1 x double thick choc malt), I then discovered that my malt was made with Polar sorbet. I then queried this practice with the waiter, who did not seem to understand my question and subsequently passed my query over to the senior manager on duty. After circumventing my questions (i.e. why Polar sorbet? Why not full cream ice cream? Is this a Panarottis' practice or a Panarottis' Kenilworth practice? ) at least twice, he confirmed that you, the owner of this establishment are also the owner of Polar ice cream. As I tried to further enquire, he literally shrugged off my query and proceeded to greet other customers, raising his voice above mine as those customers were at the entrance doors further away.
I would like to know how you intend on both addressing and rectifying this matter as I know for a fact that this is not standard Panarottis protocol.
