I had been involved in a car accident that morning on the 19th of December 2013. I was traumatised and not in a good space.

While busy with my order i started talking about my ordeal and the white male manger who was there listened to my frustration and offered me a cold coke to calm down the shock i was experiencing.

This was not his problem but his empathy was greatly appreciated and iam embarrassed for not taking his name as he truly needs to be recognised for his humanity.

He listened attentively and made it his business to make sure i had my say. THIS IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

well done Alberton Wimpy you had to be acknowledged for what you did for me.
