Ad service from waite

I took my family for bf, table dirty, she wiped it after we sat down. Dirty fork, I ask her to change it for clean fork, not even a apologies, son got his toast without butter, again we ask her for butter, I order and ask for 1 egg and I got 2. The food was good but service very bad, I complain to customer service and up to now not even a apologies for the bad service. Will definitely not support them again. Thanks theronda anderson
