Duplicate transaction not being attended to

Went to bbb for after work drinks. A decision I have come to regret. Paid my bill via eft. The waiter swiped my card twice on the machine not even giving the 1st transaction the time to go through.By the time he walked away from our table, the 2nd bank notification came through on my phone. I immediately let him know and thats when he called his manager who couldn't even be bothered. He made me wait around for him & eventually when he attended to me he said these things happen & jus wrote down a no & email address on a piece of paper. I was instructed to email through my bank statement for which I feel its an invasion of privacy. I did so nevertheless & hav even called him a number of times. It happened a week ago but I have still yet to hear from this Noellyn Naidoo who calls himself a manager but doesn't respond to calls nor emails. My privacy has been invaded & I have also been very inconvenienced by this. I am disappointed to say the least.
