Poor service

I ordered the Mexicana dish, i came cold like it had just come out of the fridge
I sent it back to be heated, it was heated in the frying pan it was served in,
It came back so hot that the food was dried out, the handle of the frying pan burnt my left hand so badly that my Palm of my hand now has blistered
How can the heat the food in the dish/pan the are going to serve it in to such an extent that not even the waiter could hold the handle of the pan with his dish cloth and knowing that the patron will touch the handle of the pan!!! I find this extremely irresponsible of the owner and management of the restaurant let this type of incident happen
