I am a regular customer at the above mentioned supplier with a FREE DELIVERY SERVICE!!!. I have been buying and using their delivering service for the past 2 years until 3 months back when I oder telephonically they always giving me excuses. Firstly their driver was involved in an accident, secondly he went to a family funeral and currently for the past 2 months they didn't have a driver at all.. I personally went to the Restaurant to buy a pizza, MPHo (the cashier) asks me if I want a Large or Medium Pizza?? I asked "which one is large and which one is a medium"? He responded "Are you asking or telling me??? ' in isiZulu.
I was very shocked and I did not respond, I ordered their currect promotion 2 large pizza's and chicken wings and waited. Twenty minutes later Emmanuel asked for the order number and I gave him the receipt. He goes on to tell me that I need to change my order because they have don't have chicken wings...
I'm very dissappointed with their service and attitude and I will never order again or participate in their stupid surveys...
