I ordered 3 Steer burger combos - and when delivered to me the quality of the food was disgusting... the burger roll was obviously stale and hard. The burger was dry and tasteless. The chips were fried in left over oil and burnt - lookd very dry as well and terrible taste, This entire order (besides the cold drinks) was fit to be tossed in the rubbish bin. Steers Ormonde as its Halaal used to have a good quality of products but after tonights experience I doubt i can ever support this branch again. Terriblly gutted at way this branch standards especially being Halaal was going down. I am considering submitting a query with Sanha as well to do a complete inspection of this branch as well. Poor standards surely insnt in keeping with Sanha's certification.
