We took visitors from Britain to Mocha because of the nice location, not because of the food (always excuses) or service (consistently bad). However, today we had to wait one hour and ten minutes - including NUMEROUS appeals to the 'manager' - to eventually get our food. The excuse? Only one chef ... (HUH??? GET REAL PEOPLE.) What an embarrassment - and the poor waitress just kept giggling. And why are there ALWAYS items that are not available on the menu? I mean, LEMONADE? Why serve ICED TEA when you order FANTA GRAPE? THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE IN PRETORIA AND YOU WILL NEVER, BUT NEVER, SEE US AGAIN.
