On monday 16 december 2013 we ate at the spur and we had a very bad experience. The service and the food was both TERRIBLE. We did bring the matter to attention of the manager, but he did not resolve the matter. This was really a bad experience.!!! They were also unable to swipe the family card as the machine was broken.!
