Poor service and long waiting times at McDonald's

I visited McDonald's in Midrand to purchase 5 hot chocolates, it took 15 minorities to be served, and there was no queue!!

Once we had place the order, it took another 20 minutes

I know this sounds silly, but more than Half an hour for 5 drinks is ridiculous,

I approached the manger Victor to discuss the issues and he was rude and dismissive, one of the employees came to apologize,
