I laid a complaint with mcds customer service last week and they just contacted me back with no help at all! I requested that action be taken toward an employee Dimitri at the wetton branch as he raised his voice, yes he SHOUTED! When all my fiance and I requsted was for a mc cafe hotchocolate to replace the machine hotchocolate with my meal. I order mcds at least 4 times a week and drove past the KC branch to Wetton just for that hotchocolate. I Was willing to wait and pay extra and instead of him explain that he started raising his voice. I'm a supervisor so I know how to handle such situations but clearly mcds is clueless. If you wont tell me what action was taken then make him apologize. I will NEVER buy anything from Wetton branch again. Lastly, dont call customers with an insincere apology that sounds like its being forced upon you. Your service.
