Went to Illinois Spur. Waitress name was just as "Trainee" did not tell her name. After receiving food, the service started to be very very bad. Order 2 Cheddamelt Steak 300g. When received food, no cheese and mushroom sauce, the one steak could see clearly was 200g the other 300g. When calling "Trainee", she went to call someone, did not introduce herself, they argue with us they can see clearly it is exactly same size, but if we want they can take steaks to kitchen and weigh it, then can bring it back and tell us if it is same size, how stupid do they think we are... After that incident we did not get ANY service from ANY waitress, will look us in eye if we try to call them. We had to call our waitress several times and asked for the cheddar melt sauces that was missing, she said it was our fault because we complained, according to me, all other Spurs were went to the sauces is on the steak when receiving. Waitress never came again to asks if we need anything, tried to call A waitress for more drinks, but was useless. When wanted to pay had to call several times to bring bill after giving bill, she just turned around and walked away no word. First time I received service like this.
