I was overcharged at Europa in Melrose Arch by R940 (for a R64 bill). I was told the reversal would be immediate and that is why I insisted they should just reverse the payment electronically (otherwise I would have asked for cash). Unfortunately the reversal will be taking 7 working days! The owner has been helpful but the whole process has been extremely disappointing as there was no transparency up until I informed the owner myself.
