When we went to go purchase a meal at KFC we experienced a very terrible smell (so bad I confused it with a sewer) it was de-appetizing and we were planning to have the meal inside but the smell was so bad that we couldn't stay in, when I asked one employee what was this awful smell she smiled like it was a joke and said it is blood that spilt on the floor at the back. Now this is something that is just not acceptable from such a well recognized Franchiser and the manager should make should that such incidents do not occur. I expect quality service and a smell that will make me look forward to my meal.
