Having eaten at this branch in the past and been disappointed with long waits and poor excuses, we tried again today. A 45 minute wait ensued for straight-off-the-menu meals for two people. The reason? "Everyone arrived at once our kitchen is stacked up". Well, you do run a restaurant... and it was lunchtime... and you were only half-full.
Sadly, the owner made no effort to come and chat to us - the manageress tried and the waitress too, but their faces told me they were not empowered to do more than say sorry.
Mary Kay Ash said "Everyone has an invisible sign hanging from their neck saying, 'Make me feel important.' Never forget this message when working with people." I think your franchisee forgot. I won't ever eat there again.
