I hope this complaint finds you well as i am highly disgusted in KFC-Grassy Park. I have spent more than 1hour trying to solve a problem. I have ordered x4 streetwise 2 & enquired about the streetwise 6 if there is chips incl & the cashier said yes, then decided to have that.
PROBLEMS: The coke & milkshake machine was out of order at 9PM, there was no mash so we had to take colslaw. There was no tomatoe sause OR spice at all. The cashier rang up my bill & charged my credit card a R1 and not a R101- this means i have to pay interest & bank charges on a R1, there was no chips with my order as promised which made me fuming!! The manager was not apologetic and didnt care less to compensate me only after i told her to give me the regional mamager's details, the cashier still hasnt said sorry. This is really uncalled for and UNPROFESSIONAL.. I AM HIGHLY DISGUSTED TO THE POOR UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE I RECIEVED COMPAIRED TO visiting KFC-Capricorn daily for zinger wings & gravy for my todler.
IF SOMEONE CAN DO SOMETHING REALLY DRASTIC ABOUT THIS I WOULD APRECIATE YOUR URGENT FEEDBACK AS THIS CAN HAPPEN AGAIN-This was only by co incedent that i stopped that KFC
