Terrible quality food

I just had the misfortune of ordering a wacky wednesday and spicy kingsteer burger from GAME BRANCH / WINDHOEK.
The one bun was stale and the patties were so full of hard lumps and gristle as to be inedible. I would have returned for a refund directly but they were closed. Suffice to say this latest experience with steers has convinced me my money is better spent with spur or perhaps local namibian providers. Completely disgusted by the low quality food which ended up in the bin.
It should also be noted that the website [URL Removed] the contact form does not confirm my submission of a message. I also did not receive a submission confirmation, so perhaps it is just plain broken.
