Take Out Orders

Tonight, once again, we ordered meals through the drive through, waited ages for them. When the staff member gave them to me I checked with him if the whole order was in the packet, especially the chicken, and was told it was. I then made the comment that if it was not, like on previous occasions, they would have to deliver it. On arrival home, voila, the chicken was not in the packet. I then phoned them and told the manageress that the order was incomplete and that they need to deliver to which I was told they had no delivery staff. I told them to make a plan. 20 minutes later they phone and say that sorry they will deliver it in the morning. I DO NOT want peri peri chicken for breakfast tks. If this had been a once off thing I would understand but it is not. This Nandos is forever messing something up or does not have something in stock.
