Firstly I am not a patron to complain about restaurant service and food but our experience at your Spur Ballito dated 20/11/13 at 21.00 was absolutely disgusting and the food was appalling and tasteless.
We walked into your restaurant at around 21.00 and the first thing we saw was your waitrons moping the floor in full view of the customers, this is just disgusting, you don't do that in front of your customers.
The waitress that served us was highly confused about the menu, by the way, don't your staff have proper uniforms to wear without having to show off their assets to customers.
She fumbled and mumbled and sounded like a waitress on training, if this was the case, shouldn't she have a qualified person with her to assist.
The food took so long to arrive, it arrived in drips and drabs. My husband ordered the Spur schnitzel and I ordered the seafood combo. The schnitzel arrived hard as a rock, you could fling it against a wall and it would never bounce, it was dry, hard and burnt, the mushroom sauce was definitely ready-made and just heated and slapped onto the schnitzel, the most blandest sauce I have ever tasted. Absolutely horrid.
