No Response from a complaint online

Last Week i went through to KFC to get their new Kream Ball desert, when i received it it was given to me in a Sunday cup and not in the Advertised ball container, it was impossible to eat properly as i couldn't mix all the stuff together, aswell as it was basically an expensive Avalanche... When i asked the lady at the Drive Thru she just said they out of stock and walked away from me...

I then sent through an email to their customer service telling them about the incident, and have still not gotten a response from them, i then sent another email and same thing...

Its clear to me that they not bothered about keeping their customers happy, and clearly feel they getting the business anyway...

All this seems like a stupid thing to complain about, but i just feel if you advertise something a certain way then you better deliver it that way... If i order a blue car i expect a blue car not a pink one because they out of stock of the blue ones...
