I spoke to a regional manager 2 or 3 weeks ago after I have wrote my complaint against a King Pie employee but till today, no-one has phoned me to give me feedback on what is happening or what has been done about this. To me it looks like the employee is being protected even though he was wrong. I'm so not impressed!!!
