My parents and I went to queen of the nile for my brothers birthday. We were seated and left alone for 25minutes waiting for someone to take our drink order we were pressing the bottom to call someone yet no one came it was shocking then 15 minutes after ordering we received our drinks... when we went to dish up at about 8PM.
Most of the starters were finished I was there with 5 people and the potato salad wasn't enough for us. The spinage was of poor quality there was hard black staff in there. The calamari chips was sour. My bother cant eat hot stuff and he was told that the curry he wanted wasn't hot at all and it was meant for the kids he had one spoon full and he couldn't eat after that.
I was really shocked I didn't expect that from them Else I would not have wasted my money and time I get better quality and service from a take away shop but not from such a big and well re-noun place. THIS IS THE SECOND ONE!!!
