Hi KFC,
I thought i'd bring it to your attention that the service at your Blueroute mall branch is absolutely pathetic!
I've been there on more than one occasion and the service was no different. Unfortunately I work in the surrounds and am forced to visit that specifc branch.
Last week I visited again to grab a quick bite and waited 40 minutes to receive my cold, old food.
The kitchen staff were standing gossiping at the back, drinking cooldrink from the vending machine.
They refused to listen to the scared counter staff when requested to stop gossiping, and gave repsonses when asked to please make another twister - Even questioning counter staff as to whether they'd received the first order.
On lookers eventually shouted into the kitchen for the manager (who seemed more eager to finish her shift i might add), but yet the commotion still carried on in the kitchen.
This is not the first time i've had this terrible experience at this branch.
Why do they work there if there's no urgency?
Needless to say my food was rushed, cold and the twister was hard :(
Terrible!
Please speak to your staff at this branch as something drastic needs to be done there.
