According to your website, the Florentia KFC is open until 00:00 on a Saturday, however, what you do not mention, is that majority of the items on your menu ARE NOT AVAILABLE!!! I called the store at 23:17 to check that they definitely were still open (FYI- the woman that answered the phone was sooo rude too!!) I drove there & I wanted to order a streetwise 2 with drumstick pieces, a fully loaded box meal & some avalanches. I was informed by one of the ladies that your ice-cream machine was off as it "automatically" switches off at a certain time... Are you kidding me?? Then why is it on the menu?! Please show me where on the menu it says "subject to availability? " Then I was also informed that they do not have any drumstick pieces left & that they are not making anymore chicken tonight... PLEASE, for heavens sake, add a clause to your menu that says that you only serve certain items at certain times, because I, as a paying customer drove all the way there for a product that I CANT HAVE!!! Whatever happened to going the extra mile for a customer?? I want someone to contact me as soon as possible as this is not the 1st issue i've had with this store!! Absolutely pathetic!!!
