I called Debonairs this morning to place an order and as I was placing my order the lady quoted my order based on my past orders. I had such a good laugh about it as it felt like I was talking to an old friend who knew my tastes. It took less time than usual to place my order (saving me money on my call) and the familiarity that I was treated with made me feel at home. It's more than just providing good food and short delivery time, the small things goes a long way too! I really felt the smile and warmth at the end of the line.
