Good day i was at maponya mall KFC around 20:25 and i tried to order food but i was told there is no meat done and when i asked why they had told me that they cant just make meat while the are no customers even thought they close at 21:30... then when i had asked for the person in-charge Oscar came to me and said that they don't make meat if they are customers and i had no choice but to wait Oscar said and then Mbali came to join us and then was so rude and told me that there is nothing i can do to them as they know they job and making us wait for 30mins was part of her job and if i had a problem i should go to the head office.then i just couldn't take it any-more i just left.
