Meat /Food not up to standard

I cannot remember the dates but these were over weekends Sat and Sundays, i always order briyani's
but recently the meat is always like rubber, they are buying low /bad quality meat and ripping the customers
as these are so expensive.
We live km's away and cannot return this -the fuel is so expensive.

I'm sure they do have complains re: the meat.
