I am heavily upset with bokomo as I bought a mixed dried fruit product of which the pears were infested by worms (larvae) and something that looks like black eggs inside the worm body (although this might be the worms organs). The worms are under the skin (inside) the pear thus not visible on the outside. The product was packaged in April of this year and only expire in 2014!!! Choice grade!!! The product was dried with worms and all. As the worms are also dried out. I phoned the call center and they said I will only receive my money back within 2 weeks. My postal address I gave need a "38" before the street detail so it is actually wrong. I do not understand why my money has to be sent by post, why I have to wait so long, and why I could not just give my bank details to get a refund directly. I had to phone the cape town branch as this was the only number provided to me. I am also going to ask for assistance at the university to see what kind of parasite this is, because I ate it by accident and it was an awful experience and I want to know what I ate!!! People can get ill from things like this.
