I have a take away shop in Bluff. On may, they delivery food to me and damaged the Light boxes. We kept the money for the delivery and ask them to repair. The right next day, they sent a letter to say they will take full responsibility and ask to pay the food delivered. For a good trust, we gave it back the money, and since then, we waste a lot of effort to contact with them, and no positive response till now (30/Oct, 2013). Every phone call just go around and round, since will not cost them one cent. I am tired of this kind of doggy response; this style is kept right from their top manager level. Please pass it around, as this company seems no business ethic.
