KFC
Waiting to long for service

We came to the kfc once and the service was bad, waited long, okay, but to come to the airport kfc a few weeks later and get the same treatment, that's the staffs fault... the worse part is, is that there's two kfc within walking distance in the airport and both the kfc's are slow. there were only two people before me and i was waiting and waiting, and the cashiers were talking... eventually they ask can they help me and i said yes, and then i received a dirty look as to say why do i look so angry. i think that the staff should go for more training or be replaced, because they are the faces of South Africa.

also, both of the kfc's did not have ice cream.

please sort that problem out.
