I went in to buy a simple meal... waited in line which was quite fast but when I got to the front I greeted the cashier asked for the "streetwise 8" meal and without confirmation, he cashed up and gave me notes folded and realising that he misheard me, I called him a couple of times and repeated that I asked him for which meal... to my suprise his response was "INDABA YOKUKHULUMA KANCANE ISCEFE"... now my question is whose fault it is that they are playing their music to loud? Isn't confirming an order his responsibility? Am I suppose to be addressed like that as a customer? I am highly disappointed, the guy did not even bother to apologise. I know the customer service industry preessures but giving a stella service is a must!
