Ordered two coffees and a burger on 17 October 2013. Waited 10 minutes with still no coffees/ burger. THis was at 06h30 in the morning with no other customers. I complained to the manager who obviously has had absolutely no customer relationship training... her response to me was in a foreign to her staff who just laughed. I eventually got the coffee (luke warm) and burger. This seems to be an ongoing trend with McDonalds in SA as we have experieced similiar problems in the past particularly when staff are not busy. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A FREE MEAL ALL I WANT IS GOOD SERVICE WHICH WE AS PAYING CUSTOMERS ARE ENTITLED TO. BAD SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
