On Wednesday 16 October 2013 at around 4pm my family and I went to this branch and were shocked to see that most the tables were filthy with stuff from previous patrons still on them and the floor was dirty as well. My husband went to place our order he noticed that there were signs saying some of the products were out of stock for example the loaded fries and wings. When he received the order there weren't even trays to put the order on to carry it to the tables. When he asked for tomato sauce he was told that they were also out of stock.
I think that maybe the regional manager should go and make a visit there as this is not acceptable especially for people like us coming all the way from the Eastern Cape on holiday and considering that all the other places we visited in oudtshoorn had amazing service, we assumed that the same would happen at Kentucky.
