I am very disappointed about the service we received at Steers Karaglen. Absolutely disgusted.
First of all to many people behind the counter, chatting away and not noticing the customers
Secondly, TV was so load you can not hear the person next to you trying to make conversation
Thirdlay, Chewing gum while assisting customers: Unexceptable
Fourthly: waited 20 Min for our order while it was dead quiet round 7:45 pm. No one bothered to say sorry about the delay or anything. Then making it so obvious that the people behind the counter is having a "gossip" about the customers in the shop. We did not even place a big order. Sandwich roll with chicken, mayo and avo: result: Avo disgusting and no taste what so ever, lettuce were not fresh at all as well as the tomato. It looked like everything was just slapped onto the roll. Chips were not nice either. The burger we ordered with the roll same thing. Not fresh.
The staff was very absent minded with attitude and no customer service at all. I will never go there again. That's what happens when no management is involved. To loud music, staff chatting away and noisy shouting at each other, Soggy food, GROSS
