I ordered Pizza on Tuesday night only to find when it was delivered to my house the extra toppings were not on the pizza, I then called them & they said they can either bring me another pizza or I can collect one when I would like. I went there again last night and told them that I was the person who did not get the toppings I wanted. When I went forward to collect my order they gave me a free pizza with the toppings I wanted on it.
This might not seem like a big deal but they kept their promise & were so nice & friendly about it.
