Tonight at approximately 21h10, we decided to grab dinner at KFC and again, after we had paid, we were notified that we will need to wait as the fillets were not ready and we will have to wait 10 minutes, I would, in general not have minded, but the last time we visited the same KFC we were left to wait 45mins and then received our order incomplete as they did not have gravy.
Tonight I asked the manager to refund my card to which he said he can't do that as he has never done it before, I then received the food and was then notified that I could not get the Krushers that were ordered as the ice cream machine was not working, just the cherry on the cake of the continuous disappointment that is KFC Hartbeespoort Dam.
KFC my family loves your products but I have never been as put off as I am now, we will not be to the Hartbeespoort franchise again, I will rather give my money to the other take aways in the area, Romans, MacDonalds, Spur, Panarottis, or any other take away, you have continuously disappointed and have not taken your customer's previous complaints to heart!
