Horrible service

I had purchased a burger @ kfc on the 4th of october which had moled (green, grey mold) buns, I had went back into kfc and showed it to them and they said that they would not eat it and they had given me a refund. However I am very dissappointed because I wasted my break going up and down to kfc over the fact that I could of ended up extremly sick in hospital after eating the molded bun. I would like the health inspectors to do an inspection at broad street kfc because there are many people that are blind and old who do not look at their food who could end up seriously ill in hospital. I had contacted saira n spoken to her and she advised me that she will give me a free burger from their side, after seeing the pathetic service I don't want anything from kfc and I would not advise anyone to buy from them. When I had spoken to the manager she said that she has trainee's working for her I and I should understand... Working for an organisation that provides customer service I am disgusted at her response where as she could of appologised and taken full ownership.
