I am very sad in writting this report, because I have always been a FAN of all Primi's. My experience at the Randpark Ridge one has turned me away. I emailed a complaint on your website, which I dont know if the complaint was ever received. I never received any confirmation that my complaint was received or heard.
I was at Primi, last week ordered prawns, they were out of stock. Ordered chips, nothing and the list continued. Settled for a Steak, which in turn made me SICK and was booked off ill for two days with Food Poisoning.
Now my frustration comes in that if you are not well stocked and selling old or off food then this is REAL BAD.
I am a very unhappy customer.
