VERY BAD SERVICE

This morning 13/12/13, my colleagues and I went to Wimpy Eikestad Mall for our annual christmas breakfast.
When we got there each of us were asked for our orders. My order which was a toasted cheese and tomato sandwich with a orange juice was one of the first orders given to the waittress. A few minutes later we were all served with our drinks. About 15 minutes later everyone else except myself received their food. When the waittress came around I told her that I was still waiting for my sandwich. She then responded by saying that she'll bring it shortly. When she brought it, there was no tomato on my sandwich and the bread wasn't even toasted. I then told her that this was not what I wanted and she returned to the kitchen. 10 minutes later still nothing and by this time the rest of my colleagues were done eating. I then got up and told her to cancel my order. I was so upset because they still charged me for the orange juice and didn't even apologise for their service. I would never recommend anyone to go there again.
