This Friday evening on the 4th October 2013 at 19:05, I place a telephone order to Ocean Basket Melville.
I gave the person my cell no and my order which was the World Famous fish and chips and 2 prawn top ups.
The waiter told me it will take 10-15 min. I specifically asked if this would be the case as my experience has been that I go to collect after 15 min and end up waiting another 10 min.
She said fine it will be 20 min in a very unprofessional manner.
When I went to collect after 25 min, the manager Ali, tells me that they don't have my order and I must place a new one. I left in disgust, as they were very busy and i wasn't going to wait another 20 minutes when I had already placed an order telephonically.
I have been your customer for 3.5 years but today you have most me as a customer after such terrible service
