I ordered a hello kitty cake for the 26/01/2013, when we collected the cake it was melting already, when i arrived home even after putting into the freezer for 1 hour it was by then damaged, we could not even take photos, we took it out took 2 photos and put it back in the freezer, more so there were brown marks all over the cake. I ordered a vanilla, strawberry and chocolate cake only to find it was only made from vanilla and strawberry
